- My flight lands at night, what's about the apartment's keys? Is there an extra fee?
In your control panel you will find all the details about your keys contact. He/she will wait for you in the apartment at your required time.
Usually there in an extra fee if you miss your appointment and if you arrive in the evening/night; the details are depending by the apartment so you can find the correct ones in your control panel.

- How can I reach the apartment from the Airport?
Our personal suggestion is booking a car to perform the transfer, you can do that directly contacting our booking office; from the Fiumicino Airport it's 45 Euro and it's about the same of the sum of the costs for the local train connecting Fiumicino to Rome Termini Station, and after the cost for the public bus/metro

- I'm arriving by car, what's about the traffic?
If your apartment is located along the external ring, there are no problems; but if your apartment is in the Rome heart you cannot use the car:
there are restricted areas (called ZTL -zona a traffico limitato-) where cameras are monitoring the authorizations (available only for business and residents).
Everywhere the road parking is really hard and we suggest you to leave your car as soon as possible approaching Rome in private parking, using only the well working public transports

Of course, all our apartments are completed with bath towels, bed linen, cooking facilities; the costs of the utilities (heating, water, etc.) are included in the prices.
